Are you worried about nagging pelvic floor dysfunction that will not go away?
Are you worried about pelvic and menstrual pain that doesn’t go away no matter how many hot packs you apply, or how much rest you get?
Are you feeling disconnected from your partner or feeling frustrated in the bedroom because of it?
Do you ask yourself these questions like: “Why Am I Still Suffering with Incontinence, Painful Sex Or Pelvic Pain After Dealing With It For 6 Months OR Much Longer?"
It’s “normal” after having babies or as you age.
Just “rest it” and it’ll be fine (then months later they’re still suffering…)
If you take some pills everything will be fine.
Birth control pills, surgery and injections are not the only options. They’re just the only options your doctor or surgeon can offer you.
Resting it doesn’t change anything. You might get a small temporary relief, but then when you get active again or try to have sex you’ll still be suffering from pelvic pain (I bet you’ve already experienced it!)
It’s not normal to get pelvic and menstrual pain after having babies or as you get older!
Pain pills are addicting, dangerous, and can cause a lot of other problems with your body. (Plus, they don’t really change what causes pelvic and menstrual pain to begin with!)
“Learning to relax” and “drinking some wine” are not even close to being solid advice. They’re just the only options your doctor offers you because they don’t know how to really help you.
You need to decide to get help. DO NOT procrastinate and live with it. We are here to help!
Make sure you are performing the appropriate exercises – one of the best things to help you ease your pelvic pain is to do the right series of exercises – the right exercises given to you by a physical therapist will help reduce pain, and allow you to move freely again quick – and make sure you do not aggravate your back even more by doing the wrong exercises
