Duet Pilates pairs two people in one session, each working on one of the studio’s two Reformers. Your instructor guides you both through the session, offering individual cues and modifications as needed.
Duets offer many of the benefits of private instruction in a shared, social setting. They work best when both people have similar goals and experience levels.
