Pregnancy and birth place real demands on your pelvic floor, core, and back. One-on-one physical therapy supports you through each stage — before and after delivery.

Understanding It
Your body changes significantly during pregnancy and continues adapting long after delivery. Aches, leaking, pelvic pressure, or feeling disconnected from your core are common — and support is available.
Whether you are expecting, recently delivered, or years postpartum, physical therapy can help you understand those changes and return to the activities you care about, from lifting your child to running or Pilates.
Common Concerns
Everyone's experience is different. These are common reasons women reach out — your evaluation focuses on what applies to you.
How PT May Help
Posture, positioning, and movement strategies that may ease aches as your body changes.
Gradually restoring strength and coordination of the pelvic floor after birth.
Rebuilding deep core control with breathing and progressive exercise.
A step-by-step plan back to the workouts and activities you enjoy.
Your evaluation considers your pregnancy and birth history, current symptoms, and goals, along with your posture, breathing, core, and pelvic floor.
As a physical therapist-owned practice, every visit is one-on-one for 45–60 minutes. There is no one-size-fits-all program — your plan is built around your history and goals, and adjusted as you progress. Results vary from person to person, and we will be honest with you about what to expect.
Your Appointment
Your physician or midwife will typically clear you for activity after delivery — let us know your timeline and we will plan around it.
Your visit starts with time to share your history, symptoms, and goals with your physical therapist in a private room.
Your physical therapist assesses how you move and how the areas related to your concerns are working, explaining each step as you go.
You leave with a clear explanation of what we found, a plan of care, and a few strategies to start at home.
